Impact was asked to skin a PHP Nuke Website for the Lycoming County Government. The website contains a plethora of information from county departments to real time election results. Impact worked within the framework to create a compelling template. We created a logo specifically for this website, and banners for the county to switch in and out during specific times throughout the year.
